1¡¢ The integer design of the machine sets is mainly according to the national standard "combined air-conditioner set standard", meanwhile refers to the domain and foreign technological data of relating products. The specifications on wind volume, cool degree, thermal degree, wind resistance, noise, energy loss, weight, volume and cost have achieved the best effect both on design and quality.
2¡¢ The parts of machine sets are made by the factory, they are installed on the spot. The bone uses the selected board material and is meshed by groove. The board surface is excellent color steel plane filled with light polystyrene plastic board with function of heat insulation. The joints between the surface plane and bone frame are sealed by adhesive plasters. The whole structure is of novelty and specialty. It has such advantages as lightweight, good heat insulation, easy delivery and short construction period.
3¡¢ The machine sets have multi-function sections, which can be selected and combined flexibly according to the different requirement of cleaning engineering of air conditioners by customers and design academy.
4¡¢ The accessory fan machine of the sets selects the national advanced KKF(or TDKF) bi-inlet main wind machine, which has characters of high efficiency and low noise. It can meet the needs of cleaning system of low-pressure temperature-lowering system, constant temperature system under medium and high pressure.
5¡¢ The heat exchange machines( the surface cooler and heater), the accessories for air conditioner sets, take the copper ducts with side boarder of Al pieces, which are of good rigidity, high heat exchange efficiency, low wind resistance and water resistance. It can be used under both cool and hot conditions.
6¡¢ The filtration segment takes filters of terylene without woven hop-pocket, so it has many advantages, which has advantages of high efficiency of filtration, low resistance, loadable, easy clean and the filtering material is renewable.
7¡¢ The heating segment adopts steam heating and electricity heating. The moisturizing segment has also two ways, one is dry steam and the other is electric moisturizing. The design institute and customers can select detailed ones according to the actual situations.
