Along with the development of the steel technology, especially the continuous perfection of cold roll thin steel theory, the light steel building system, one branch of the steel construction region, has developed greatly.
    Light steel building system mainly uses the colorful steel board as the surface protection of house and wall face. It takes the "C" and "Z" type thin steel as purlines and enclosures (the sub-structure), The main structure uses the "H" section jointing and cold curve thin steel girders and the door like steel frame jointed by bolts. With about dozens of years' development history, there come the corresponding accessory parts as following: waterproof adhesive tape, heat protection cotton and all kinds of cullises and node collectors of door and window. Then the relatively complete building system, i.e. the light building system comes into being.
    The light building is produced by the factory and installed and jointed at spot. It has such advantages as small deadweight, short construction period, strong adaptability, elegant appearance, low cost and easy maintenance. Because of the small deadweight, the base cost decreases greatly and it has been widely applied into architectures of factory, warehouse, gymnasium, exhibition house and supermarket.
